John T. Young, President/CEO
John is a seasoned leader who has spent a life-time in helping others reach their fullest potential. John has served as a senior executive with national and international healthcare companies and has owned and operated healthcare and other businesses. John has been responsible for the re-engineering of non-performing for profit and not for profit companies, recreating them as successful entities.
Having served on the president’s task force for youth and families, John has received three congressional recognitions for his work in behavioral healthcare. Mr. Young developed the first long-term residential treatment program for children with emotional problems who were gang affiliated.
John began his career as a psychotherapist and chemical dependency counselor as a licensed social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, and master’s certified addictions counselor.
